All purchases made through MetakGames.com involve digital products or instantly delivered services. Such products are deemed consumed immediately upon delivery.
In accordance with international consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Digital Content Directive (2019/770/EU), and equivalent regulations in other jurisdictions, these sales are not subject to the right of withdrawal or refund once the digital content or activation code has been delivered.

By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the product or service is provided instantly, and therefore waives any statutory right of withdrawal or return.

2. Responsibility and Use

MetakGames.com is not responsible for any issues, losses, or damages arising from improper use, activation errors, or unauthorized sharing of the digital product or code.
All risks associated with the use, redemption, and performance of purchased products belong solely to the user.

In cases of account misuse, fraud, or violation of the Terms of Service, MetakGames.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account without refund. Users agree that such actions do not entitle them to reimbursement or compensation of any kind.

3. Bonus Credits and Promotional Items

Any bonus credits, promotional items, or digital coupons provided by MetakGames.com as part of a purchase or campaign are valid for a maximum of three (3) months from the date of issue.
Unused bonuses after this period will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated or exchanged for cash or other products.

4. Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions

MetakGames.com strictly prohibits the exchange, resale, or transfer of digital items (such as in-game currencies, power-up items, or activation keys) through unauthorized or illegal channels.
Such actions may result in permanent account closure and loss of access to any previously purchased products or balances, without refund.

5. Customer Acknowledgment

By purchasing and using any product or service from MetakGames.com, users acknowledge, accept, and agree to all the terms stated in this Refund Policy.
No refund, replacement, or compensation shall be provided under any circumstances once the digital item has been delivered
